Our client, Forte Foote Baptist Church, FFBC, had experienced significant growth. However, their current infrastructure was built to support that growth. In particular, their database was corrupted and required cleansing, there were issues with accuracy of data, redundancy, and integration with other systems. Our team did a complete database overhaul and added the vital, up-to-date member information they needed. We:
- Accurately cleansed database
- Integrated data into their Phone Tree System, email, and mail
- Created a Reports Library to be used in the everyday life of the church
- Proposed intake forms, to avoid redundancy in data capture and data entry
- Developed a Quick Reference Guide for ACS at FFBC
- Established Best Practices to be used to develop FFBC’s ACS Process and Procedures, which verified data entry, database integrity & proper coding for the future of the church
