Our client, the American Baptist Home Mission Societies, ABHMS, owns and continues to create valuable video content that can be used for continuous learning. However, this content resided in disparate places that were often unknown to most users. Users could not search for or attend webinars and classes from one central online location. Following the client’s direction, we developed the platform for the Center for Continuous Learning, CCL, on ministrElife to harness and make widely available the valuable video-based content that was created by ABHMS programs in the areas of Leadership, Discipleship, Healing & Transforming Communities, Intercultural Ministries, Cultural Competency, and Public Witness & Advocacy. The CCL also included content from ABHMS Partners, including ABC Region classes. This online center serves up this valuable content on the ministrElife platform in a location that is accessible from inside and outside the platform. It also makes this content available as live webinars, synchronous and asynchronous classes, and learning series. All content is searchable and categorized by subject, target audience, length, partner & CE credit availability. Ccl.ministrelife.org.
